Carnival Videos
The First Video is an overall view of the Huge Carnival and the second is Jenna and I getting electrocuted. It was painful and we were forced to do it. :oP
The Kirmes FUN Fair on the Rhine!
*The Kirmes is a nine-day long summertime tradition. This Düsseldorf event can attract up to four million visitors every year.
condom dispensers & flirtzones
Stephanie and I discovered this machine at a bus stop, on a cement wall. We got a good laugh out of it.
The FLIRTZONE was at a bar where people could wear numbers & fill out cards to make contact with someone they liked. We had a lot of fun people watching... especially the guys who would walk by girls and triple check that their numbers were still attached and visible.

Altstadt
Bachelor parties in Düsseldorf include dressing like all your friends and making the groom dress in drag to collect bright red kisses.
It's not even a pregnancy store. That's the best part.
The Rhine
The twisted church. Looks like something out of Harry Potter.
Bavarian Sausage, Pretzel & of course, mustard.
Minced Beef.
Mustard Soup.
The Parade.

On monday Jenna and I started out European internship at Euro RSCG Dusseldorf. It is different being on vacation and having to go to work but it is worth it for the great coffee they have there. We are working on new business and having fun going on to lunch with our friends from work. One more week to go then off to Interlaken Switzerland.
Our Apartment in Düsseldorf
We are staying in a cute little apartment that we found on airbnb.com. It is 7 stories up with a great view of the railroad tracks. Our street is very... friendly... it is lined with strip clubs and prostitutes are featured in the windows above, (we assure you mom and dad that it is still a safe neighborhood). Our landlord Joseph is the nicest guy alive and has been so helpful providing us with everything we need from directions, towels, places to go and Sex and the City dvds.
